A bad piece of software was installed with the product There is a lot of confusion in customer service

Even though the device arrived broken (would freeze on boot or after the menu button had been pressed), and the customer service was poor and convoluted, I was able to hack into it and repair it. They denied my return request until after I had written a 1 star I was able to make it work today. I am therefore keeping it now after all the time that I spent on It's a good product, but the customer service is bad, and the seller provides inadequate support.
