The Moshi iVisor with Kindle voyage was the first item I bought for my Kindle. Please forgive me for writing something negative, but I felt it needed to be said. I was disappointed in this visor after an initial inspection of the Voyage but the device has lived up to my expectations. brought up by another poster, the screen protector fits the Kindle Voyage like a glove and will protect against accidental scratches, but it makes the screen so reflective that I have trouble concentrating while reading something without seeing myself in it. At least Amazon was kind enough to allow me to return it for free if you've yet to buy this. I count myself lucky that you waited for others to post on this.
Moshi is a well-known manufacturer of screen protectors for iPhone and iPad, so I was pleased to find one for the It is absolutely unquestionable that the product is durable and easy to use It does not bubble or create a mess, and it applies quickly and easily. However, I cannot comprehend why the manufacturer did not make this in matte/anti glare formulation. It is difficult to imagine why anyone would want a shiny electronic device Is it possible to have a reflective screen for your own book reader? Even though I gave it a try, I ended up giving up because it is very tiring on the eyes and very annoying to see your reflection when you are My order for anti-doping will be delivered soon Would it be possible to buy a glare screen protector in MATT from another manufacturer? (Moshi does not offer MATT for the Voyage for some reason, but they do offer it for the iPad and iPhone? I spent $30 USD, but it was a waste.
On the original Kindle (which was much less expensive than the Voyage), the screen protector had a non-glossy finish, so I assumed the Voyage screen protector would have a similar finish. My assumption was wrong! (I should have remembered that old saying! enjoy reading outside. This protector makes it nearly impossible to do so. It feels like 30 dollars went straight down the drain. That's where I intend to put the product, so I suppose I have in a way done that!.
A Kindle uses a screen protector like this, and it's terrible! As much as I love my Kindle, part of the reason is the screen, which makes it easy to read in any light. This screen protector, however, negates this advantage, it is so shiny and reflective that I removed it from my Kindle immediately after buying.
The pros are The case fits and protects my Kindle Voyage beautifully. It is easy to apply without any bubbles. There's a glow! When I'm outside in the shade, I look in the mirror almost as if I were inside When the screen is in direct sunlight*, it becomes less sensitive, and it creates frustration on the touch screen.
It is too glossy, so everything reflects off of it. Therefore, it gets 3 out of 5 stars. Until something less glossy becomes available I'm going to use this!.
Shiny and streamlined, Moshi's screen protectors are the best. Although there is some shine on the surface of the iVisor for Kindle Voyage, it is still an excellent device. Then again, I still like it, so I use it for my voyage.
Thankfully, we are protected very well. It's only the reflective screen that really bothers me. The matte finish on the Voyage is my favorite since it doesn't reflect light emitted from the sun or from.
