It’s a pretty poor quality product. I bought them on November 6th, 2017, and the black cord snapped January 7, 2018 was the start of the same problems with the silver cord. By appearance, they appeared to be high-end products, but they did not perform well.

My jaw dropped when I read that it actually came I will not be returning the item, as shipping is more than the item. In comparison to buying a cheaper charger from who knows where, I will get a charger that is specifically compatible for Amazon's Kindle.

As far as I can tell, neither of these cords fits either my Kindle Paperwhite nor my Kindle Fire. While they are older models, unless you have their product codes memorized, you won't realize, until you receive them, that they won't work. Despite the fact that they claim to fit the devices they claim to work with, I cannot comment on how well they work. The letter D.

This charger charges my 7th generation 10HD Kindles, which is a waste of time. I simply replaced my Kindle charger and it doesn't light up the 7th generation 10HD kindles.
