As my old Kindle cable wore out, I bought this one as it appears to be This works well with the Kindle, but I am very disappointed that it does not charge my Samsung phone quickly. I was able to charge my phone with FAST charging with my old Kindle cable.

Purchased less than a month ago and broke within days

In order to charge, you must wiggle the charging port out of the plastic portion of the cable. The charge is weak, and you must have it just right so the port is angled just right for charging. In the future, I would not purchase this.
