The screens are divided into two layers. Your top layer, which is most likely cracked. That's the digitizer you're going to get. The lcd is hidden beneath the table. That's the kind of thing you don't want to happen. Before purchasing, I would remove the broken digitizer and inspect it for cleanliness. Please do not hesitate to enquire further. It's a difficult procedure.
You keep the screen lcd, the glass, and the digitizer/touch come as one piece mine worked great, I simply heated the old one with a hair dryer and removed it with a couple guitar picks, then plugged in the new one.

As a result, I've purchased four of them. They do, however, perform admirably, which is why I continue to purchase them from the same source. It's not quite the same as the manufacturer's, but that's not a problem because it works. I'm going to use a protector this time around. Lol. However, I wish that the price remained stable. It is currently more expensive than the one I purchased previously. Still, it's worth it because I won't have to buy a new tablet.
It functions admirably, but a lingering black tab cost me the digitizer screen this time. There was a lingering black tab for removing the inside protective film that was not cut away and removed. As a result, when I pulled the tab, I tore the film as well as the screen. The digitizer's connection was ripped apart by me. It's toast; it would have worked fine if the black tab had been removed from the clear tab. Prior to that, the test had gone well. That is why, despite my disgust with their lack of quality control, I am confident that this brand works.
The screen arrived quickly and in good condition, with the ribbon cable secured properly. It came with the necessary adhesive, but I always add more when I make a screen. I'm going to buy more.
Explain that you'll need 2 sided tape to keep it in place; I didn't realize I'd need it until I switched out my old tablet and a friend's tablet.
The only reason for the four-star rating is that it. Touch sensitivity and soft keys (back and menu buttons) are not an issue. It's great that they included foam adhesive to keep the glass from touching the LCD. The only reason for the four stars is that the glass now has a slight haze to it rather than being crystal clear. Aside from that, the quality was excellent.
Product arrived undamaged, with the exception of a small amount of light on the adhesive, which caused it to not stay in place after installation, necessitating the use of additional adhesive; otherwise, it performs as expected.
It looks good and fits well, but the touch doesn't always register, making it impossible to play games or move icons around the screen.
As usual, this item is fantastic. This is the third or fourth time I've had to replace the screen on my son's tablet. The shipping is always prompt, and the packaging is excellent.
