Is the lcd fused to the screen on the SM T387, or do I have to purchase the entire lcd/screen assembly? My LCD is in good working order, but the glass on it has broken. ?

My son's tablet was completely shattered and now it looks brand new! I wish I had a before picture because it was completely shattered and now it looks brand new! Although the tools were of poor quality, the tablet's screen was an excellent fit. Because I didn't have the best tools, the replacement took me around 90 minutes. I wish I had ordered a better set of tools to make the process go more smoothly, but it wasn't too bad. It's certainly preferable to paying 190$ to a mechanic! br>(Before ordering, make sure you know which model of tablet you have; the screens on all Galaxy tablets are different. ).

The tools are a disaster

The new glass did not arrive broken, as some others had claimed. However, I am unable to use any of this because the tools will not allow me to disassemble the tablet, despite the fact that I have watched numerous YouTube videos. I can see exactly where I need to disassemble it, but none of the tools I have allow me to do so. Useless.

A cracked screen can be easily replaced

My son's cracked Galaxy Tab was a perfect fit. It didn't come with instructions, so I looked up a video on YouTube to show me how to do it. I'm grateful for the pre-existing adhesion. As a result, it was up and running in no time. The most difficult part was removing the old screen. To remove the old screen, you'll need a heat gun or a hair dryer, as well as the tools provided. I went from broke to brand new in less than two hours. That's not bad for the first time I've ever had to replace one.
