Excellent packaging; it looks and functions as if it were brand new! Over the years, I've replaced the digitizer on my iPad Air three times, and this one had by far the best packaging

With the exception of the heat gun, it was well-protected from shipping damage and came with all of the tools needed for a flawless install. I was initially alarmed because the cords were taped to the inside of the screen, but then I realized there was a protective film that had to be removed.

This method is ineffective

I've switched out a lot of screens over the years. This replacement didn't work, and it wasn't because of a problem with the iPad. I was unable to return it due to a lack of time, so I am out the money I paid for it. Buyer beware; mine was a dud.
