T350 (the previous version) The touch screen is protected by a book-like case, and there is also a tool bag included. There are no instructions included with it. The seller suggests that you look up and watch a YouTube video on how to fix your tablet. You should LISTEN to that advice! I watched a guy on YouTube go over a similar repair, which saved me time because there were a lot of details I didn't know about. It's not going to be simple to fix this. Wear safety glasses because shards of glass will fly all over the place as you remove the old screen. To catch those teeny-tiny shards, I recommend working on an old towel. Make sure to get rid of all of the old glue. Before removing the backing and turning on the tablet to test it, I recommend temporarily connecting the new screen. Ensure that the LCD screen is completely clean! I also suggest disconnecting the screen before removing the backing, as attempting to center that thing while tethered to the tablet is a pain; Just keep in mind to thread the connector as you install the screen. br>br>Overall, it was a good deal because a new tablet (of comparable size and quality) would cost $150 or more. Even refurbished Tab 8s cost more than a hundred dollars in the United States. This repair, however, is not for the faint of heart.

This was my first time replacing a tablet screen on my own, and it was surprisingly simple. This kit included everything I needed, plus a few extras. It was very simple to do, and the fact that the adhesive was already in place saved me a lot of time; doing the adhesive myself would have been a nightmare. From what I noticed when I removed the screen, the adhesion on this one appears to be of higher quality than the original. I was taken aback when I noticed the Samsung logo at the top of the screen. My son is overjoyed to have a tablet that looks like it just came out of the box!.

It was very low-cost, did the job, and was functional. Either that or getting a new tablet. br>br>I'm not concerned with the quality, but I am impressed that they have included so many extra tools and gadgets to get it moving. You will need the heat gun, so look up how to replace the screen on YouTube and follow along. br>br>I'm relieved and relieved that the adhesive was included on the part.

It included all of the tools I needed to replace my old cracked screen, plus a few extras. I'd never done anything like this before, but it took less than 30 minutes. It's as simple as searching YouTube for the recommended video. I was able to save over $90 by doing it myself. The only difference between this screen and the original is that it is slightly thicker, so the home button isn't raised above the screen's surface, but it is barely noticeable. I was astounded that the screen arrived undamaged; it was shipped in a large Amazon bag, and I can only imagine how many other packages were piled on top of it before it arrived. It was fortunate that it was undamaged. It takes a lot of prying old adhesive off to remove the old screen (I'd rate it a 3 out of 5) and it's not the easiest job. I recommend investing in an isesam tool. There are also a couple of YouTube videos that made it a lot easier. The screen was perfectly aligned, and the front-facing camera hole was perfectly aligned as well. It was also convenient not to have to do the adhesive installation separately. I hope yours goes as smoothly as mine.
