Selected User Reviews For 3M Privacy Filter for Apple iPad Air 1/2/Pro 9.7 Tablet - Portrait (PFTAP001)

A nice monitor and notebook computer, but useless for tablets larger than tablets, and even more useless for Netbooks You can also use the Trig or the Wacom pen
3/5

The first thing that's good about it is that it's unassuming. There is a matte finish, which feels nice to the touch
* High quality plastic film
* Blocks views from the side (privacy consideration)
* A little touchy

Not so great. In addition, double-sided tape is visible and bubble free application is a myth. * Decreases picture quality far beyond normal matte screen protectors (one can see strange parallel lines)* The reasons that disqualify it are as follows. There is a fairly simple reason for this. As dust builds up between the screen protector and the screen, it will damage the screen. If you then press on the screen as you need to use the touch functionality of the screen, either the screen protector or screen will be damaged over time. That is why most screen protectors have special silicon on the back to stick over the entire This is something that 3M should have known. In order to protect the eyes, hold the tablet at least 60 cm (2 feet) away from them. The same applies for notebooks or monitors, but not Trying to hold the Surface pro with my arms stretched out is uncomfortable for me. Thus there is a strange sensation at the left edge and right edge of the picture. In the left eye, the right edge tends to look darker than the left edge and in the right eye, the left edge tends to look darker than the right edge. To be able to use it as a tablet, I will have to be able to get used to it. In spite of the matte finish of the screen protector, the pen does not glide smoothly over it. The company should have thought about that when they developed the product. With the Surface pen, the screen protector is even staining. Using the finger does feel nice, but the Surface pen leaves marks on the protector as well. It is the ripple like structure inside the screen protector when using the pen that is the most annoying. I was initially drawn to the Surface Pro 3 as a result of its pen. Let's not forget this. A pen can be a very interesting tool, but I would rather not use it. The short version is that I would not recommend buying it again and that I regret buying it for a Tablet with Pen. *br* TL 1) I get an odd picture on the left and right edges of my tablet if I hold it less than 60 cm 2) Writing with a Pen in front of a screen protector is really uncomfortable.

It is a great privacy filter, but the instructions are confusing
4/5

One of the brands recommended to me for purchasing a privacy filter for my school was this one. If it were not for the somewhat confusing instructions, I'd give this a 5 star rating. It would have been better if the instructions had been written out instead of being illustrated. I found this filter to be very useful. From the side, you cannot see anything on the screen because the display is totally dark! Despite my initial search, I have not found any issues with touch sensitivity. If I find any later, I'll let you know. Putting it into practice is the only difficult part. Because of its irreversible nature, this is not something that can be removed and put back on. I highly recommend thoroughly cleaning your Surface screen before applying it. In order to apply, please follow these instructions The filter comes with such blue sticky strips you must attach to it. Below are two applications that I submitted You will need to rub the blue strips onto the screen and remove them after you rub them on. A sticky layer will remain on the screen to hold the screen to the filter. It took me about ten minutes to figure this out after staring at the instructions in confusion for a moment. The best moment of my life wasn't mine. Hopefully, people will be able to apply things properly after reading this review. I found the website to be less than helpful as well.

The view is different than what is displayed, but with a narrower viewing angle it With each passing year, it seems as if these privacy guards keep changing their angles of view
3/5

While this will obscure the actual text pretty well, it will not hide the actual nature of the content that you are viewing unless someone is about five feet away from you. When you open Facebook as an example, you might be able to see the message, but the text may Viewing an image is similarly obvious of its contents. You obviously are looking at a photo and it is likely obvious from its visual form. The result is marginal privacy on a plane or in some other setting where there are many people converging around This looks really good, though I wish the viewing angles were a little I also clearly repackaged an existing product and my example was not new. Heat sealer resealed the plastic bag without the "this side out" indicator, and the bag was re-sealed without the guard screen. Getting one like this requires you to place it over a printed page on a table and stand off to one side while it is over the printed page. Flip the screen over and the surface that obscures the printed page the most should face away from you. This is a good looking, reasonably sized notebook with a nice feel to the touch. I like the glare-reducing matte finish and satin matte.

It had the exact outcome I had hoped for
5/5

Anti-UV 3M Natural View Coating is an anti-UV coating This application did exactly what I wanted it to do - it protected my screens from glare As a result, my iPad Air's screen was less glare and my reading experience improved. A particularly good place for this is I find it more enjoyable. Due to the fact that I do primarily read and email on my iPad Air I do not find the slight reduction in the brilliance of colors or the crispness of black lettering objectionable after checking my e-mails and checking Amazon. Having said that, if I had streamed videos or watched TV shows on the iPad Air, I would not have given this screen protector so high a rating. Despite her inexperience, my spouse found the "3M Natural View Anti-Fog" application to be easy to apply The iPad Air is protected by "Glare Screen Protector" with no glare. Despite the absence of bubbling, nothing happened. The screen protector did not affect the sensitivity of the screen Since I am notorious for being unable to effectively use touch features on other devices consistently, I would have noticed it had it been the case.

Since this product satisfies the purpose for which I bought it, I think "3M Natural View Anti-Graffiti" is the best out there. This product is perfect for those who make use of video services or who play video games. If you do not use these services or game, you may not find this product as beneficial.

This is awful
3/5

First of all, I lacked instructions and the only guides included were photo instructions that were too difficult for me to follow. I am thankful I was able to figure out what was going on. From my testing of the viewing angles, I found that it has little to no privacy when looking from the side. You can observe in the photographs that it is very modestly blacked out compared to the online videos I watched demonstrating this product. Don't buy this waste of money.
