As I was using my iPhone with a plain stylus and I wanted to upgrade to the iPad with Apple Pencil, I bought my iPad in order to take advantage of digital art capabilities. In every article I read and video I watched about how to use the iPad for artistic or graphic design, a paper-like screen protector was highly recommended. You want it to feel like you're drawing on paper if you're going to use it to draw. As a result of not drawing on paper much anymore and being used to my iPhone's glossy screen, I was skeptical of the idea. There were also a lot of paperlike screen protectors that were recommended, which cost a lot of money. So I found this, and I thought eh if it doesn't work I won't be a total loser because I can just go get a Zagg or something later to replace it. Then I realized that I had been I'm in love with this thing. Installing it was very simple, just make sure the screen is completely clean and there won't be any In the beginning, I found it to feel a little rough because it was a little bit rough to touch, almost like In my opinion, it doesn't really feel like drawing on paper, but the texture adds a little sensation of resistance in the way you draw, creating a rather satisfying scratchy noise as you do so. Although I used scotch tape instead of guide stickers, I wish the packaging included those stickers. The use of guide stickers helps keep the screen free of air bubbles. As far as the screen itself goes, it is a lot rougher than I expected, but that is fine because the roughness will wear off over time and it will feel better in the future. My stylus of choice is one of those knockoff Apple Pencil 2 styluses that cost $40 and looks exactly like it, but works well. Similarly, rejection is also present when it comes to palms. It is to be expected that whites will have a bit of rainbow texture because matte screen protectors have a matte finish.
