In case of a problem, I have the clamp included in my gear bag. It screws on to the top of the mic stand. Unlike other stand mounts, this one has the best stability.
All of its parts can be adjusted. There is 360 degrees to it. Yes, you can also do either a portrait or a landscape.
In the event my tyre doesn't clamp well enough, I would add some rubber strips to snug it up. If it doesn't tighten up enough, I would add some rubber tape, like from an inner tube. I think it's a pretty good bracket overall. This seems to be a high-quality product. This is a great book to read.
The shape of the case needs to be changed if you modify the contact points for it. You won't have any problem doing it.

The following iPad holders were purchased so I could compare them for my gigging musician application Our review of this product contains reviews of the Gig Easy, The Caddie Buddie, The Neewer, Talent iClaw/iMS, and Jam Stand Ultimate. As you might expect, the criteria are simple tough enough to withstand an occasional drop and jostling in a gig bag, compact enough to fit in a gig bag and able to lock in its position in three directions. It really impressed me that this Neewer unit worked so well. A metal and aluminum instrument stand that comes apart easily can be stowed conveniently in any gig bag. It articulates on 3 axes and is made of metal and aluminum. As far as I can tell, it is My wish list would include an inch of additional length for the extension arm on the mic stand. Ultimately the only drawback is that there is no side retention, so if you choose to horizontally position your device you will need to make sure it fits tightly (which is possible). Due to the fact I use the iPad vertically, I find this a really useful way of using it. I highly recommend this product and it is an amazing bargain!.
This case securely holds my iPad in its slim design (my case has a cover that folds behind and this keeps the iPad in place). In my slim case, the knobs barely fit (yet securely) under the case, but a thick case would definitely not fit. The only thing that is annoying is that it does not tighten to prevent the iPad from swiveling, so when I tap my iPad to turn a page of music, the iPad can move, so I need to press lightly on it. In search of thin felt washers or a few metal washers that I can tighten this adjustment to keep the iPad from swiveling by touching it, I will probably try to find one or two thin felt washers or metal washers. The 9. I have it. My full-length arms provide plenty of space to hold a 7" iPad, as is visible in the first photo. In the 3rd picture, you can see the case holds my iPad perfectly even when it's upside down and I'm shaking it vigorously. With the iPad holder, the tablet is kept securely in place. This purchase has an overall positive impact on my life. Update
I was having an issue with my iPad's screen swiveling when I tapped the iPad to change the pages. My friend showed me how to fix the issue. It couldn't have been any easier (not sure why I missed this on my own). Loosening the bottom screw, putting the iPad in place, and tightening the screw was all it took.
Great support, it's easy to set up and the price is great! This is my third iPad mic stand stand and my last purchase. Despite my iPad being so lightweight, I can slip it into the case without any hassle. When bumped by enthusiastic drunks, it holds steady no matter how hard they try to bump into it. The throat of the connection screw is deep, so it takes some effort to screw down tightly, but once it is connected, it does not budge. It was easy to use, but took a lot of time to position with way too many moving parts. It was also secure, but a pain to position. Finally, the clasps broke and I had to gorilla tape them to keep them in place. Previously, I used an IK Multimeda which was not very successful. Each of the others was at least $10 more expensive. iPad mounts of this quality are hard to find.
On a pro tour, I used this when I was a drummer. it in a top portion of an SKB road case, the one with the insert that folds out to allow access to the Packing it with two bass drum pedals and foaming it each night was a good idea, but the case got loaded in the trailer just like every other ATA and road case. Having endured a long series of use, it is now mounted on a mic stand in my studio where I teach private lessons. In my opinion, this holder is excellent!.
Construction of very high quality. The mount adjusts so that my tablet fits snugly into the holder and fits well on the cymbal stand. The mount is easy to adjust for different viewing angles.
I was looking for an iPad mic stand holder that I could use with my iPad. Another holder had always caused me problems, but I'd used it for a few years before I changed Having tilt angle issues, a very limited hold angle, and making the holder to only fit a single iPad size were all issues with the holder. Compared to the iPad holder from Neewar, it is much better in every way There are several types of devices stored in it. I have a very secure grip on my iPad with this case. Putting it on and taking it off is easier. It can be adjusted in an angle that is more flexible and You won't be able to move the iPad once it is positioned! In rehearsals and performances, I frequently use the iPad holder. That is the reason I'm happier now with a holder that is easy to use and does all of the things I need it to do without too much.
I am using this to control an iPad 3rd Generation. I like it a lot Design and sturdy, and its clamping power makes it very secure from corner to corner. The problem is, as others have pointed out, it won't work if you have a serious protective case like the Targus SafePort. You can see how I reattached the buttons with 3/8-inch screws after sawing off the four round buttons. On each shaft, there is a spacer of one inch.
