The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the package was how heavy it was for its size. It appears to be very well made. I purchased it to add ports to a Lenovo Duet Chromebook since it only had one USB C port. All the features on it are working as expected. The only thing it lacks is another USB C port to replace the one it is currently connected to. Despite my disappointment with my purchase, I am satisfied overall.
