Using these with my Macbook Pro has been a great purchase. The Catalina program runs on my computer. My expectations were that the device would work after plugging it in. It's not happening. No results came up on Google when I searched for the issue. When I went to Anker's website, I discovered custom drivers were required. (What do we do? The fact that MacOS accessories do that is practically unheard of). You can download them now. These programs do not install successfully. I am still unable to get it working. It ended up being futile for me. It is a bummer The fact that it's a portable dock really appealed to me, since I thought I might use it at work when the wireless network goes.
