It is the perfect size to serve as a bedside table, and it is super cute. As an example, I took a picture of the box next to a square tissue box to give you an idea of its size. It is heavy and well made and is very sturdy. As well as pushing out a cool breeze, it produces a strong wind. For my 11 year old's room that is decorated in rose gold, I got this. My fan plugs into the wall outlet using a USB plug adapter (not included with the fan, but it would be nice if it was). Another fan in the picture was also bought on this site, and it is a fantastic.

I love this The answer is yes, the answer is yes! In spite of the ad not stating otherwise, I received my fan on time and packaged very well as promised. There were no damages to the unit and it worked as expected right from the box. It was a Holmes brand fan I saw on a colleague It was SO QUIET during the run! I haven't heard anything like it since I worked at someone else's desk (only much bigger). The fan reflects quality across the board in every way, in addition to the way it looks. It was pretty quiet, so I plugged it into my computer monitor and went away. Almost no sound comes from it when it is The sufferer of migraine headaches knows that little sounds can become extremely irritating and extremely loud when they suffer from it. As I mentioned, I am quite pleased with this purchase, and I will probably order another one if the need arises. A good amount of air is available on your desktop, just enough for you to stay cool. But, not too much so that it becomes annoying.

If necessary, nbsp I had no problems using it for a few weeks, but then the fan began to clatter. The prop Cessna is stalling out on my nightstand, and I have to land it in an emergency. I guess I will have to deal with this. In today's market, I guess that what you get is what you pay for. It was disappointing to see Holmes fall short of my expectations.

In this case, I replaced an old Hunter retro fan which had been left behind in the move Hunter fans were great, but the swivel motor on mine had broken years ago, and recent reviews indicated that their quality had gone even lower on the newly produced models. Then I bought this one, and I really miss my old Hunter, even though it's not that bad. There's nothing wrong with the Holmes fan - it's pretty - As you can see here, it is not quite as dark as it appears in the picture, it is just Everything on the exterior, including the visible mechanism, is composed of There is no painted plastic on this unit (except maybe for the swivel and power controls). I found it pretty easy to assemble, although there was one screw located right on the main motor stem that was a little difficult to access. It is a bit louder than my Hunter is at any given power level, but its sound is definitely pleasing out of the box. Despite only having four hours to prepare, it seems to be too late My suspicion is that the motor is malfunctioning. turn on the fan for the first time, I sometimes hear something inside the motor rubbing against something else as it gets going, similar to the sound of a fan getting up to speed before getting going at full speed. The problem is neither adjustable nor fixable on the outside. I have tried moving the fan head around and also moving it up and down. I don't hear a difference in this rattling noise. We will see how the situation goes, and I will update this review if it worsens. The fact that my fan runs for 8 hours a day, every day, means that I use it more than most people do. It still seems unreasonable to expect a fan to last more than a month or two before it starts to rattle or create other annoying noises. I like the way that the fan is designed structurally, the size is perfect for a desk use, and the material of the fan is heavy, which is a plus. The downside is After ordering this as a gift, I was shocked to find out that the fan would not turn on even when it was plugged in correctly. My decorative fan now occupies a prominent place in my home. There's a lot I don't like about my job. I checked all cords, the fan and the USB port, and they appear to be intact. is possible that the fan motor component was not completed when it was built.
