The filter is held on by sticky tabs and not by glued edges like the screen cover on a phone, which is pretty much glued to the phone, so dust is still getting in the back of the cover, even though its been held on by tabs. I liked it for privacy protection though the directions were a little A dust absorber is attached to the screen to remove dust. It was supposed to be a sticker that sticks to the screen, but it was an actual sticker and was stuck to the I again found the instructions vague, the ones for the absorber were in Chinese, and no instructions were provided for installing the screen. If you look closely, you can see the sticky tabs holding the screen in place, but otherwise the instructions did not provide specific details. As long as you're not bothered by dust getting in through the top of the screen, you should stay away from it. My original plan was to give the book 3 stars, but after I started writing the review, I changed my mind.

While interacting with strangers, I needed a privacy screen, and this did the job. I have fewer touch screen buttons now, and there are bubbles all over by the screen (the wipes did not come completely dry). It was easy to peel the adhesive tabs away to change the position of the screen, and the blue light emitter is great, as long as the display's brightness is turned up. Obviously this is not a perfect product, but it is a decent one nonetheless.

There is only one reason why the screening gets only 1 star, and that is because the screen itself is of good quality if you are looking for a permanent screening, then this is fine, but if you're looking for one that can be removed, look somewhere else!.

One of the issues I had with the product was the adhesive used for sliding the screen into and out of the unit. As for the first method, I didn't find it to be very effective, so I had to use the second option of applying it permanently, which works just fine, I just would have liked to have been able to slide it off when I wanted The product is great!.
