It might be a good idea I don't know. There are some major drawbacks and side effects to this product. The fact that it blocks the blue light very very well is very very appealing to me. I prefer these to the other glasses I tried and will not get stained orange or yellow like the other ones. But it is VERY SHINY, and you will find glare hot spots behind lights or windows if there are any lights. aggravates my eyes beyond words. By angling the monitor all the way down and angling the screen protector away from the monitor at the top and right up close at the bottom, I was able to reduce (but not eliminate) some of the worst glare spots. The new system isn't perfect, but it's an improvement over the existing system. It would be best if the screen had no reflections or glare.

I am so glad I finally got my hands on There is no comparison to the quality of sleep I'm getting now. Although I have always thought I was a good sleeper, I am now able to fall asleep within a few minutes of laying down (it used to take at least 30 minutes but often 60 minutes before I went to sleep) and I wake up feeling more refreshed. The time I spend with my family is 4 hours a day I usually spend about six hours in front of the computer and then get on for an hour or two at night to finish up. Anyone who sits in front of a computer for hours every day or gets on late at night should have this program. It is worth the time, even if it is only 30 minutes. build the blue light protector into computer monitors someday, but until then, now is a great time to invest in one. To prevent blue light from damaging my work computer, I got Blue Light Screen Protector I have been able to save my sight! My eyes do feel better after using this because it filters out the part of the screen where it can be painful. I was very skeptical when I read other reviewers' comments (and I probably shouldn't have trusted them) You can read it without any problems, as it stretches over the screen and does not cause any blurring or obscuring. Despite the screen filter, I still have access to the off/on button and other screen options, I just press the screen filter closer to where the button is - that way, I still have access to the off/on button. Worked like a charm for me. There is one BIG DOWNSIDE though In addition to other reviews, this one is negative as well There is a lot of reflection/glare on this screen I'm willing to give up that to prevent my eyes from burning. I have invested $60 in this book and it has been a great investment.
