A 55" Samsung TV couldn't be covered by the top of the cover because the flap was too narrow. In the end, we were unable to get the double Double-sided tape strips to attach the screen at the top of the tv to the tv. To get the strips to sit on the front, we had to get creative- The screen will remain in place if it is attached at the sides and the bottom edges. Everything seems to be going well so far. There is a screen attached to the TV.
This is a flexible material, handle it gently in order not to bend it too much. It's so easy to install. I love it. I got it to protect my 3 month old cat from scratching the screen. I don't even know it is there, but it looks very nice.
Installation is simple because it sits on top of your television, but it is not suitable for TVs that are mounted. I purchased double sided velcro instead and it works much better, but I hate that I had to do that.
