I have a HP Pavilion CPU model p7-05 that is five years old. 1410 It comes with six card readers, one of which reads the SmartMedia card, which I had to buy a Zio for when I bought my Olympus camera years ago. Michrotech provides a SmartMedia card reader. The only issue now is that it does not work on Windows 10. There hasn't been any news about this reader in a long time. It's possible that you'll need to purchase an HP Pavilion CPU with a six-card reader.
The name Olympus is not written on the card.
Please accept my apologies; I have no idea! You could reach out to Olympus.

I had 160 images on one card, and when I tried to upload them to my Dell (which I had done successfully many times before), I got the message "Disk is not formatted. " " I attempted to upload to an IBM PC and received the same error message. I was pretty depressed by this because thebr>images were taken over several weeks for a documentationbr>project. As a last resort, I tried uploading the images to an HP computer, which worked fine - as a result, they were saved br>I threw away the faulty card, despite the fact that I had not mistreated it in any way. br>As a result of this experience, I now upload my photos more frequently - There's a chance you'll lose a lot of important photos.
There isn't much to say about it because you would expect a product like this to function. My "good" camera had been sitting on the shelf for more than two years, and I had assumed it was broken. I replaced the batteries, but it was ineffective. Finally, it occurred to me that the media card, which was about ten years old, could be the source of the issue. This new one works perfectly, and I'm back to taking incredible photos with the camera I adore. I was also able to give my small digital camera to my mother-in-law. law.
Thank you for providing exactly what I was looking for.
It's nice to have 128Meg so you don't run out of space for photos. Of course, Olympus' marketing strategy dictates that you must purchase Olympus memory in order to use ALL of the camera's features. I dislike this strategy and would not have purchased the camera if I had known about it beforehand; my fault for not doing enough research. br>Generic Smart media does not work in some camera modes, including Panorama mode.
I'm not sure if this format card is still in stock, but it's worth a look.

Because there is obviously little demand for Smart Media Cards, I am a victim of supply and demand, as there is very little demand and even less supply. It's a good product. It's primarily for my old MP3 player, which still stores music on Smart Media Cards. Previously, these cards cost $20 each. 00 before the release of the new MP 3 and iPod players. I like the quality, but I won't be buying any more because of the price.
In my camera, it worked perfectly.
