Extreme SDHC 16GB Class 10 2-Pack

For a trip abroad, I purposefully purchased smaller cards so that if something went wrong, I wouldn't lose too many photos at once. Fortunately, this was not the case, and the cards functioned perfectly. I brought them back to the hotel each night and downloaded the photos twice, once to the laptop hard drive and once to a flash drive, then reinserted the cards into the sequence and formatted each card in the camera before using it again. They aren't particularly fast, but I'm not sure what to blame: the cards, the laptop, the hard drive, or the flash drives; however, downloading to the hard drive was much faster than downloading to the flash drive; I usually had the cards pretty close to full, so about 15 to 15 1/2 Gb, and it would take about 15 minutes or so to download to the Hard Drive, and about 40 minutes or so to download to the Flash Drive.

These are highly recommended for anyone who uses trailcams frequently before, during, and after hunting season. These produce excellent images both during the day and at night.

For me, these SD cards are ideal. The 16 GB capacity is about the maximum amount of data I want to store on a single drive, and the speed is adequate for the type of photography I do, which is primarily still life and landscapes.

I've been buying SanDisk memory cards for a long time and they've always performed admirably. It isn't worth it to me to put my photos and videos on a low-cost card.

For stills and short videos, I use them in my game cameras. It worked well for a while, but after about a month, one of the components failed. It should be returned, but given the price, it isn't really worth the trouble.

It's a tad excessive, but it'll suffice. I don't use video because I mostly use my 24 megapixel camera, which has a good frame rate of 8 frames per second.
