I used to have small fabric card holders, but they weren't very protective. This card case is the perfect size for my requirements. It can hold up to eight SD cards, which is more than enough for a single day of shooting. The cards are simple to insert, they stay put well, and they provide adequate security. It should prevent them from becoming twisted or broken, and I believe it provides adequate rain protection. I'm not sure if it's submersible (I'm not going to test that), but it should be fine in a good rain. br>br>I stuffed it with some old cards I had lying around and a photograph. As you can see, they are evenly spaced, and the finger holes make removal simple. The case is slightly larger than my lens cap, as you can see in my other attached photo. It's small enough to fit in my back pocket or camera bag, which is where it usually resides. br>br>This case is fantastic, and I've decided to order a second one for my adolescent son, who has decided that there's more to photography than what his iPhone can do. This case is well-made and has a good clasp. But the reason I gave it such a low score is because it doesn't keep the cards in place. I've had it for a few months and the cards on the left side have started to fall out every time I open it. I'm not sure how I'm going to get them to stay in their spots. It's both inconvenient and annoying. I'm going to get a different brand of case.

I can't comment on the product's water resistance, but I did drop the open case on the vinyl-covered kitchen floor on my first and only attempt to install a micro card. br>The two halves of the case went their own ways! I checked all of the usual suspect spots for missing pieces, such as: With a flash light, I looked under the stove and refrigerator and found nothing. br>Even though I'm a handyman, I couldn't figure out how to put it back together! I'm hoping it was a one-time occurrence, similar to when a Melmac plate falls to the floor and breaks in half. I'm going to take a chance and ask for a replacement. Sorry for the lack of photos; it's on its way back to Amazon.

If it could hold more SD cards and Micro SD cards, the case would be much better. Aside from that, it's a near-perfect case for SD and Micro SD card storage.

The larger cards fit perfectly and are safely stored in this compartment. I'm having trouble inserting the smaller card and keeping it from moving around, but I'm willing to admit that it could just be me not wanting to push down hard enough, so I put the larger card on top, which would be required if you wanted to use all of the slots. *grin* I've got a lot of open slots. I like the case, and it appears to be quite durable. I only gave it a 3 for water resistance because I have no intention of using it! It's possible that the case's water resistance stems from the fact that it closes securely. It's also unlikely that the case will open by itself. In the end, I'm happy with my purchase.

My first one came with a very sharp item (game cam tree screw mount) that dented the side, but Amazon quickly replaced it, and I now have a brand new one. The cards are held together with just enough friction. When I'm out exchanging cards and batteries in the cameras in the colder months, I'd like it to be a little tighter. This replaces one that was far too loose, causing a ruckus in the woods. In the snow, SD cards aren't as easy to come by as one might expect.

I expected to order a case that would do the bare minimum in terms of holding my cards, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I had low expectations when I ordered this case, but it has exceeded them. Because of the low price, I didn't expect much in terms of quality, but this case is sturdy and securely holds the cards. I haven't dropped it yet, so I can't comment on its impact resistance, but I believe it would protect the cards inside even if the case were to break. It fits into my camera bag nicely. br>br> The pink color is exactly as pictured, and the design is slim and compact.
