It is true.
The plastic SD card case does not fit in this case. You can only use SD cards with this. You will need to stretch the foam if you insert the extra plastic case. The SD card is very securely held, however, and finding that it does not need the plastic case is not an issue.
Nintendo game cartridges are not made for SD cards. They don't fit, saying that the SD cards are made for use with SD cards

I really like the variety of SD card slots there are, and the foam is great for protecting This case is also available in the CF version. I am so happy with this high quality product. I can't understand why this isn't at the big box stores What's your take on the H store? The case is far more complex than LowePro, Ruggard, and ThinkTank.
After reading the bad reviews on card holders that snap in flat, I eventually decided to give this one a try. I'm very pleased with it. In addition to running 18 game cameras, this one is ideal for retrieving the video and keeping them organized. In the case, the SD cards are titled according to the cameras and you can easily see the name of the SD card as soon as it is inserted. As far as we know, both moisture and dirt have not penetrated it. Unlike the other slots which are not used, there is enough room in the case for the SD card reader attachment for the computer to replace the slots that are not used.
My trail cams will be able to cycle all the cards on this. Although it says waterproof, I dropped it in a creek while jumping across and it floated just fine and did not leak. So far, I am very pleased with it.
We had it delivered last night, so we have not put any SD cards in it yet, but we are happy with the device!
