In addition, As it turned out, the device did not work after I plugged it in. Nothing is wrong with my graphics card or monitor so what's going on. Considering that this is my second purchase in three years, I figured I would get another three years out of it. tested both of my display ports on my MSi GT72 Dominator Pro and neither of them worked. In spite of that, I can use my mini DP to DV interface in both ports on The cable was a defective one, I am fairly certain, but I am ordering another cord (brand) and trying it again. The fact that they won't allow us to return an item seems silly to me. Update
As a result of my mistake on my review, I apologize. In any case, it didn't work and I decided to do some research to see if I could find another solution. This video was then attached to my email. It turned out that it was a simple fix and that a new cable probably wasn't necessary. Though I'm still skeptical that the item can be returned, I question the reason why it can't. It worked for me, but I do not know if it will work for everyone else. Furthermore, it appears that the person in the video was using the same monitor as I was. Below are the steps on how to fix the Display Port
1. Unplug the computer from the power source and turn off the Power Supply by either unplugging it or turning the power off by turning the switch on the Power Supply. . * *2. After turning your monitor off, disconnect it from the power source and then re-connect it. 1. 2. 3. 30 seconds is all you need. Item 4. Make sure the monitor is turned on if it doesn't start automatically when you plug it in. Symbols for br>5. Turn the PC back on or flip the PSU switch back to the on position. This is 6. Hopefully, your Display Port will now work again if this fix is applicable. Restart your PC to see if this fix is applicable. It should be easy to fix a problem like this one, so who would have thought it would be so easy.
**Updated on 6/25/2020** I need to get in touch with their customer service. They were very responsive and let me know that the product has a Replacing the damaged item has been shipped. Still, my original review is still valid and I am still unsure of the quality of the product. We will keep the spare piece as a I have updated the review to 3 stars, instead of 1 star, for their customer service. Thank you. My original review A cable I have had for about nine This came across as I was setting up my 3 monitor setup with MDP and MST to decrease cable clutter around the computer (I used to have 1 DVI and 2 HDMI going to 3 monitors prior to this discovery). The PC was on but all three monitors had black screens yesterday. I came into the office to find it all turned off, I forced the PC to reboot after thinking that something might have crashed. I still haven't heard anything. After 30 minutes of swapping cables and monitors, I found that the problem was with the main mDP cable. If I look closer at the mDP connector, I see that it had melted at the corner. With a different set of mDP cables, everything worked. I found the quality to be bad. It is also very thick, so I do not like it.
This was purchased so I can use my Vive in another room that is not connected to my It is unclear whether the device attached via this cable is recognized by the Vive. The Cable Matters Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable (Mini DP to DP) in black, 15 feet long, was also purchased by me. A Thunderbolt 2 and Thunderbolt 3 port was compatible and worked well. In addition, 75$ for this cable was rather pricey and I did not notice any difference in the video or picture quality. That being said, I didn't push myself too hard in terms of bandwidth/speed (4K, etc. ). Although I considered the overall quality good, when it came to my particular use, it did not make a significant difference over generic cables I have been using for over a decade. I'm not sure if the 4k speed it claimed (which I hoped would compensate for the HDMI's length to the Vive) made up for the length on HDMI to the Vive, but the 15' Display port worked perfectly for my HTC.
When browsing reviews on Amazon, it can be tough to find long cables of good quality, because all the reviews are combined. In most cases, the 6 foot cable gained the highest review score, while the 15 or 20 foot cable was rarely purchased, but did not perform. I have been very pleased with the cable, It needs to draw two 1080p images (one for each eye) 90 times a second in order to connect my PC to my HTC Vive. I bought the 15 foot version. This cable passed a fair test, so I think this is a reasonable evaluation. Due to this change, I now have additional space for my VR in the next room over from my computer, which is substantially bigger than where my computer is.
The cable is good quality, but it could be a bit A portable 4k display is attached to the bottom monitor. I use it for dual monitor setup in a vertical arrangement. Signal is in 4K and is working as it should. I think it's a little bulky, but it's as thick as some of my power cables, which makes hiding and routing it more difficult. I think that a lot of people mistake thicker cables for greater quality, but the truth is that as long as the signal gets through, it does not matter how thick the cable is. As for usability, I have hdmi cables that are 4th as thick and a 4th as thick that I wish I could use Apart from that, the signal appears to be sending and it appears that it is made of quality materials. As far as Amazon is concerned, it wants me to mention picture quality and screen quality, but those terms aren't relevant when discussing There is either a working or a not working TV, and the rest is up to your.
This is the USB I have I was unable to connect my Cintiq Pro 13 to my video card's HDMI slots. I found that a multitude of, extremely expensive adapters could be used to connect my tablet to the video card. I could have installed a new video card for almost the same price! Instead, I grabbed an old video card that has a DisplayPort connection (NVIDIA GTX 960), and this cable. Connect to the tablet instantly! Cable Matters is very grateful for your support! As soon as I had this cable, it worked perfectly! I did have to make use of the included "Link Adapter" that came with my tablet in order for it to work however. In addition to the tablet, the rest of the cables were also included. There is much more cable in this cable than in the USB-based ones Moreover, I am able to work comfortably while sitting in front of the C cable. that my Christmas present has come to use, I can enjoy it!.
