I'll be purchasing more in the near future.
I will say that these cables appear to be much cleaner than the majority of other SATA cables on the market. The cables appear to be well-made and function properly. For a pack of six, the price is also very reasonable.
The quality is excellent, but I made a mistake when I mixed up inches and centimeters when ordering longer SATA cables to fit my ATX LIAN LI PC Case, which is quite large. br>Please let me know if you have something similar but with twice the length. Regards, Michelbr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br.
I strongly advise you to do so. The product is excellent. It looks great with the Cooler Master Storm Stryker case and the Corsair RM850x white power supply. I strongly advise you to do so.
Exactly as stated - Thanks.
My computer would not boot after I installed these cables. It would hang on the Windows loading screen, or at the very least, leave me with a blank screen after the Preparing Automatic Repair screen. I ended up disconnecting two of my backup storage drives, and the system booted fine; I then tried reconnecting each of them, and one booted, while the other didn't. The system booted again after I replaced the cable with the sixth in the package. The drive was detected by the BIOS, but Windows couldn't figure out what to do with it due to a faulty connection. Fortunately, I only use five drives, so the sixth cable was a bonus. So far, the remaining cables appear to work fine, they look nice, and I understand that sometimes you just get a faulty cable in a bunch, so I'm not completely dismissing the product; just be aware that cables can go bad at any time, and budget for an hour of annoyance, and you'll be fine.
These were some of the cheapest cables I could find on Amazon for replacing my SATA cables so I could have a complete matching 6-cable set, and I'll be the first to admit that my expectations were not met. The packaging was very nice; the cables were a little stiff, but given that they could have been packaged that way for years, it's only natural that they would be stiff when unpackaged. The cable sleeving is very nice and appears to be well made, and the retaining clips work as expected. br>br>Cables perform far better than I had anticipated, and at first glance, they appear to be a custom component found in high-end PC builds. br>br>I give these cables two thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone looking for a SATA cable kit as a replacement, extra set, or a set to try out and see how they work.
