If you are mounting the drive, it will depend how you set it up. In case of external mounting, you want to make sure the bend is straight so the drive is not
When you plan to install the solid state drive so that the drive's sata connector faces one of the side panels, a 90 degree is a better choice than a straight because a straight won't bend in that way. There are a lot of newer cases out there that have alternative mounting places and a 90° cable will not work there. Based on where the drive is mounted, it really makes a difference.
The 90 degree end of the SSD or HD goes to a hard drive. As the SATA connectors are situated close together on the motherboard, using the 90 degree end is limited, but not impossible.

In my opinion, if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds my expectations, is a good value, and arrives in a reasonable amount of time, it will receive a "star rating" to match my expectations. When it does not meet these criteria, then I will be very descriptive of the short comings of the product so you as a consumer may not have to go to the trouble of buying it if you already know about it. This review will be posted on the seller's feedback page even if the seller removes that item and relists it under a different description. We have had sellers do this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then and.
It seems that this 3 1/2 year old computer has to restart. As a result, the event log is filled with I/O errors virtually every day. Eventually, we switched the SATA cable from the optical drive to the HD and it’s back to normal, for a few months. I then noticed that it’s happening again. It gets here on Monday since we ordered it on Sunday night. Installation completed, ran for half an hour with no Business is back up and running! I swapped them out in about 20 seconds. I recommend these SATA cables because they are high quality and do what SATA cables should do at a reasonable.
THE UPDATE IS According to the results of the transfers I had done the write speed was very slow, however it is hard to pinpoint which part of the system is faulty. Putting that aside, it did transfer about 100 MB, though. A 150mbps connection. I still feel that the cable locks and connectors are overly large, resulting in two stars being taken off. In other words, they're not "oh that's kind large," they're so large that the cable barely fits in my case (whereas I still had plenty of room for the stock cable). These are made of cheap plastic, have a cheap locking mechanism, and probably have cheap parts (which is why they are As of now, they have worked well and done their jobs. These are temporary cables I'm using until some premium cables arrive, but they met my needs. It matters what you know about cable, if you take a moment to The ones in this category The L shape was a waste of space since it barely fit, while a normal-sized connector would've given much more clearance (even a small amount makes a huge difference since the drives are sometimes plugged right up against the case wall).
A friend and I purchased these cables to connect one of our spare 500GB The initial phase of the project appeared to be normal. My spare drive stopped appearing after I loaded up a couple gigabytes of videos and other files. The following day when I booted up my PC I discovered my spare drive was not present alongside all of my others. My day was spent researching and investigating how to recover my drive. Disk Management, Disk Part, disconnecting/reconnecting the power cable and sata cable, swapping ports on the motherboard, and swapping the sata cable were all tested and found to be successful. As I swapped the sata cables, I connected my backup 1TB internal hard drive using Cable Matters and unfortunately that cleared up the hard drive to the point that when I view it in Disk Management, it appears as the entire drive as unallocated (not It's unfortunate that these cables caused me to lose two hard drives, so I'm extremely upset about it. It's a good idea to back up everything you have just in case you go through what I did.
It seems to work with only one of the three SATA ports. I don't know if the other two work, but it did work with the one I did use. My motherboard has two SATA ports that point in 90-degree angles from the surface, and two that stay straight up. In order to enhance cable management, I needed an extension cable that would run at a 90 degree angle to my third drive. This rod was the right length. It wasn't too long as to get in the way, but it was long enough to get me where I needed to go. The case and cables are all black, so it blends in with the black case and other black cables.
It is common for cables to have fairly binary signals- Is there any evidence they work. There are, however, a few that are in a class by themselves. Quite a few premium items are available here. They feel heavier-duty than most cables due to their outer protective layer. It didn't have a lot of color choices, but there WERE color choices. There is a locking mechanism on all of these connectors. The fact that you can choose right angles and longer than average lengths is a great feature. This is really a great bunch of cables, to put it simply. No issues have been encountered so far.
Earlier this year, I bought a pair of red and blue earrings For organizing my two PC cases, I used black SATA cords. System drive is indicated by a red color, and accessories and extra storage are indicated by a black color. In comparison, the cables "work" fine, but the cables in my previous 90° SATA cable were not as "deep" and fit into my case better. Despite being 90° connectors, these stick out too far from the case and get caught on the side. Depending on the case design or drive location, this may or may not be important, but it ended up being a problem You should just be careful if you are purchasing these as a space-saving measure instead of a necessity. It is a direct investment There is a line connector on the road. Possibly it will not make any.
These guys offer great deals on cables. I normally buy HDMI cables from them, but at the price of a 3 pack for less than 8 bucks, I can't pass it up. It is the best customer service like the best of the best out of the box when the customer care department sends you an email on day one to check if there are any issues. The company has my highest recommendation.
