The last few builds I have undertaken have incorporated Cable Matters
5/5

A little while back, I had to buy a ton of little cables and adapters, so this one was the perfect choice. Most power supplies still have at least one legacy MOLEX connector and this is a great way to power SATA devices, especially those low power SSDs.

Is good at what it does
4/5

I like them very much. It was a bit difficult to align the pins in the socket because they were loose.

It is of good quality
5/5

Additional SATA drives needed additional power connections and two additional hard drives were added to the server. Each connector was tested for resistance by tugging firmly on it. The quality of these connectors is above average at a reasonable cost.

I find this adapter very useful
5/5

The SSD upgrades and optical drive replacements these days are mostly SATA drives, even though I have an old system still running. A SATA power adapter is the perfect solution when the power supply does not have SATA.
