It works, except the screw posts have threaded metal screws and their plastic caps are of inferior I have a post on my router which always binds when you try to screw it in. This makes it difficult to screw in all the way, and will lead to To tighten the plug, take care not to bend or tear the plastic cap. If you use a tool, take care not to bend or tear the plastic.

This interface is ideal for Laser Projector programming as well as Mach3 CnC program development

It's nice to have an extra length. I have no problems with it. In addition to being the standard interface cable for laser projectors, this old printer cable is also the standard cable for printers. With Pangolin's new com box, all you need is this serial cable to connect your laser to the com box, and then your computer to the USB port of the com box. Please do not buy a cable that is advertised as being a laser coms cable. It isn't just the name that makes them more expensive, you can get them for about a few dollars if you search for old printer cables since it is a very old technology that not too many people use today. Additionally, I think it is also used for CNC interface on Mach3! Therefore, the rules remain the same!.

For us, it was just a wrong choice. It was an error on our part. Our needs are not met by the cable type. There is no sign of fraying or corrosion on the cable. Keeping it in case he needed it for another purpose was the best choice for Hubby.
