Honestly, I don't have a lot to say about this product, as it does what it's supposed to, and not much else. In terms of the Amazon "Thickness" and "Sheerness" stars, I did not include anything for it, since it does not apply to it in any way. The serial/parallel port bracket has both serial and parallel ports. I love that it works and there is a long ribbon to go along with it.

I like it a lot - The device is well-made for the price. It installed and worked just fine with my legacy serial device There is a barcode reader on the port. There'd be no problem with taking parts out of black slot plates to match the system, but that's just an nitpick.

I was able to use it Serial and parallel ports of ancient PCs can be connected with these cables. I was able to use it.

We are the most modern. The ports were added to my computer with this program. There is rarely a cable included with a modern motherboard as it has pins for the ports but no I am using an i7 board from gigabyte and it works.
