Belkin Components F2A046-06GLD Gold Series IEEE 1284 A-B Printer Cable; DB25M/Cent36M (6 Feet)

I used this cable to connect an old HP printer to an old XP computer through the parallel port. I had already tried a convertible USB to Parallel cable unsuccessfully, and in my experience, these conversions fail about half the time and you actually need the real thing. Although I would love to upgrade some of my computers, they still run a DOS operating system and cannot be upgraded, so I have to depend on finding replacement cables and parts regularly. The software I recommend to you is definitely the one I use for my needs.

It seemed like the only thing I could find was a USB adapter for it that cost The POS printers I bought off of this site saved me a great deal of money (bought 3). It has not brought me any problems since buying it ( over a year ago This is the sixth month).
