I just received my first pen tablet and it appears to be working fine. However, installing the drivers and getting the included software has been an absolute pain. I was able to download the drivers using a link provided by support via email after phone support said I needed to call back tomorrow. Support provided a link, no link worked, then emailed me a different link, which worked. Even worse was the free software, in my case a Paint program and a Photo program from Corel. It asks for the device number, finds it, and then gives a cryptic error message after it finds the number. To register the device, you need to create an account. (kind and underpaid, but very nice people), and they said I should enter the serial number of the product instead of What's the harm in asking for that in the first place if that is what is needed?
