It seems to be working well. In honor of my wife's birthday, I bought her a Surface Go Pro. Here are some things I wanted to tell you about computers and docks today, and why I purchased this particular dock. It has been almost 10 years since I worked in IT. Over the last several years, I've worked with companies offering business laptops to their clients. Today, docking technology is either USB 3 or USB 2. The USB 3 ports are standard on laptops. There are three USB standards Thunderbolt, USB 4 and USB 3. There's something weird about the numbers 0 and 1. It has improved but when it was introduced in 2016-2017 I wasn't too thrilled My experience with it was that it had a lot of problems. The dock would have previously existed on consumer laptops, but you could get a "port replicator" that would physically latch into the laptop without requiring a USB or Thunderbolt cable. Before, business laptop users could get “port replicators” that were not built into the laptop. Using business laptops and working with business software In terms of business laptops with performance-level hardware (Dell Precision, HP ZBook, etc. ) I've experienced several issues with USB/Thunderbolt docks since they stopped putting physical connectors on business laptops and replaced them with the all-digital ones With one cable, you can connect to USB, video, network and other things simultaneously. On consumer laptops, you typically have enough ports, but the trend now is to minimize the number of ports- this is to minimize the power consumption of the system. There is a catching up in consumer laptops to what businesses do The level systems are now in place. I noticed that when I got this Surface Go Pro, if I wanted multiple monitors or anything more than the single USB-C cable, I had to use a docking station You can plug it in via the C port. As a result, I decided, in order to minimize issue, for every accessory I need such as this dock or adapter, to get the official Microsoft product. I have not yet encountered any problems. Despite my hesitant decision, I believe it was the right one.
This Microsoft docking station adapter attaches to the docking I get constant transmission without any problems, and I don't have problems switching on the monitor.
It does what it says on the lid, but even on a monitor with 800x600 resolution, the image remains blurry.
I really like it. As a result, I turned my old flat screen monitor into a television.
I paired a Surface Pro with a Dell monitor and it worked perfectly.
The delivery was as promised.
Basically, I can say that it accomplishes what it was supposed to accomplish.
