I can honestly say that this product delivers exactly what is promised. This cartridge needs to be inserted after the clean drive indicator light comes on on your Sony AIT1/2/3 or Turbo Drive for it to begin working. A drive is cleaned in less than a minute, and we usually get 20 or so drives cleaned per week The 36 cleaning criteria may be a bit generous since they could handle 25 cleanings each.
