There is no reason to do something like that, it would be better if you went to your eye doctor and got something that would actually help you and not harm you.

The reading glasses do not feel like the dime store reading glasses The frame comes with additional features, as well as a cleaning cloth and a blue light test kit in a hard case If there were simple instructions to tell how to use the blue light, it would be much better First, I am surprised to observe that I get only 4-5 hours of sleep per night using this product It has been nearly ten years since I slept more than eight hours in a night I only do this if I wear the glasses
