  These were ideal for our requirements. I knew I needed some of these because the kids are exposed to so much blue light. My 9-year-old daughter was suffering from migraines and headaches. My adolescent, on the other hand, was having difficulty sleeping. My teen slept better for about two days after we started using these, and my 9-year-old's headaches and migraines went away in about four days. AWESOME! My husband and I use them to watch TV at night and then fall asleep quickly. The only drawback is that they aren't particularly fashionable. They're just simple frames for a low price, but they're available in a variety of colors. I'd pay more for style if we needed them all of the time. But for the price and at home. . . They are extremely effective.

These glasses are somewhat effective and exactly what I expected for such a low price; however, they are MUCH smaller than other reviews indicate. so. If you're looking for big frames, skip these. These filter appear to be 50% effective. I reduced my screen brightness to 60% in order to increase the effectiveness of my screen brightness to 60% in order to increase the effectiveness.

I've been sleeping better since I started blocking out the blue light. Furthermore, the glasses are light, fashionable, and reasonably priced! My friends have told me that they prefer these to my previous glasses! The only drawback is that they are extremely reflective; I use Zoom and Google Hangouts a lot, and when I record my video, I can see that the entire screen reflects on my glasses for others to see.
