According to a spectrometer owned by a friend of mine, not much more than 15%. YES! My headaches resulting from the blue light on my laptop and iPad have significantly decreased since receiving these! The three are packed in a small box without a carrying case, so I suggest grabbing a carrying case to keep them pristine.
