Even if they can, a pc is still necessary since all the cool lighting effects and simulated surround sound can't operate without one.
Micro-USB is needed for the lighting feature since these speakers support both USB and AUX inputs. You can connect these to a TV using the AUX input, but you cannot connect them via USB cable.
The width, height, and length of the stand are 7 x 6, and 4 x 4.2 inches. Look straight ahead and you will see 5 inches of depth. This may be of some help.
Selected User Reviews For logitech G G560 LIGHTSYNC PC Gaming Speakers with Game Driven RGB Lighting
The Logitech speakers have been on my PC for years and I have never had an issue with them. As for these, I thought I would have no trouble with them either, but There are a lot of cool lights included in this kit, and they can be synced up with other Logitec G gear to create a very nice It is important to note that these are speakers, so you should pay most attention to the sound they produce. This is a major problem for them. This issue is what I can only assume is a bug, but seeing as it has been reported since the launch of these and while a Logitech representative responded to one post about it saying that they were investigating, that was in 2017 and it has not been resolved yet. When the volume jumps up at about 14, it's a big problem. It's not to mention the fact that it's extremely loud. It's not bad that speakers could get too loud for comfort, it's just that there is no middle ground because the volume jump indicates there is no middle ground. Too quiet or too loud, they either don't communicate or don't communicate well. I can't even turn it down because the bass overtakes the whole thing with its strength. As a user of other LogitechG products, I know that software can be buggy, so I believe it's entirely the LGS software's fault here. When I use a 3, I will get an A. In the case of a 5mm plug, the volume issue does not exist. The downside is that I lose the lighting and DTS X support. That's why you need to buy them in the first place.
It would be a good idea to try them. It takes just a few minutes to get started. It is as simple as plugging in and playing. My total time to extricate the box and get everything to where I wanted it was about 15 minutes. I'm going to make it easy for you. Despite what some reviews may claim, the software isn't as bad as others claim. According to my experience, the program works great and is easy to use. While there is a bit of learning curve to the software, if you have 20 minutes to play around with it you'll be fine. I also own a G703 mouse and a G810 keyboard, so it's handy to be able to use them all together. It is LOUD to hear the speakers themselves. In addition to the sound quality, it is also excellent. The most amazing thing about this is that it's There's no question this is an upgrade over The 320 speakers I bought are numbered 9 to 320 There was a time when things were a lot different. Let me clarify some of the other reviews regarding the physical size of the products. There is no doubt that the Many other reviews refer to it as large, when what they really mean is If you're planning to put it under a desk, make sure you have the space. It doesn't take up much space on the floor, but if you are going to put it under an object, make sure you have the width. I think the speakers on the side of the desk are about right, maybe a bit larger. I can definitely tell that the wires from the side speakers are thicker than normal. MicroUSBs are the smallest USB type I'm not too impressed with the USB cable, and I'm not too impressed with the power cable either. I like the way the lights work and how they look. If you want to get the most out of them, you require the accompanying logitech gaming software. Unlike some dimming options, the leds are bright enough to illuminate a corner of a room and offer a great deal of flexibility. Observing two things about these speakers, two of which may be easily fixed with software updates, I would like to share. For now, I am going to play around and look for these settings. If they do exist, I will update the 1). Allow just the bass to pulse the speakers. There is a mouse option for doing that in my G703, but not a speaker option. It's not hard to figure that 2) In visual mode, store a soft color for the speakers to default to when no music is playing. When I use the visualizer and then there is a pause in the music, the room goes completely black. My preference would be to have the option of choosing a color and brightness slider as the default color. I know the visualizer is typically used for games, but I think this would be a valuable I give it an overall score of Score of 5. 0.
Now I'm no longer concerned about the speakers I have. Still, there is no adjustment knob on the subwoofer, but that is not something you can fix by updating the firmware. These speakers sound decent but not great, as far as sound quality goes. I really like the lighting effects, and if you have the Logitech Gaming Software installed and are already in the Logitech ecosystem, you can control them right there. The previous review was as follows I saw that some other reviews complained about the volume progression being too harsh (a single click of the volume up button changes the volume from soft to loud) but I saw that Logitech had released a firmware update to address this issue in the summer of 2018. Since I've had good luck with Logitech accessories in the past, and I also use their gaming software for my mouse and webcam, I decided to try this to stay within the Logitech I made a mistake there. After getting the speakers set up yesterday, my wife and I played video games together A few levels ago, the speakers were too soft and I couldn't hear the sounds of the game When it came up once, my wife immediately complained that it was too loud (she wasn't going to argue with me). The following bug was also discovered Neither the sub nor the sub's sub engage on OSX. Besides making sure I have the newest firmware, I have tried to set a custom EQ with full bass and no treble to try to solve the problem. In Windows, this does not appear to be the case. I can only workaround it by connecting my Macbook via Bluetooth instead of via Regarding sound quality, the midrange is a bit flat, and the sub is not very powerful. It is usually the case that a sub will have its own physical volume control, but that isn't the case Though the lights do look pretty cool, they aren't practical. Having that on its side is one of its strong points.

Now for the I don't know why this speaker has so many bad reviews, it really is good. I strongly recommend this speaker for people who love base and enjoy RGB, to begin with. It is amazing how good the sound is from these speakers- Lows with sonic screams, and a lot of highs (but not fractured). Lighting is perfect and you can customize it easily with the This product is best for all-round uses, such as Bluetooth play, parties, gaming, and just about everything else you can think of. I have to agree that this is well worth purchasing after getting a glimpse of it now.
