There is nothing better than this I was able to hear and hear through the microphone perfectly. One of my complaints is that the ear covers are scratchy, however I was able to fix this by replacing them with leather. This headband is made from a Levi water pipe cover made of foam. I have thin hair and the plastic is rubbing against my head I solved that by covering the plastic with a cloth.

My ears begin to hurt when I wear the earphones too long since one of them rattles inside and although I have a small head, I can hurt my ears.

The weight is light. It is lovely to have LEDs that are so bright and vivid. I am impressed with this I'm extremely pleased with the audio quality! I can comfortably wear it over my head all day because it is lightweight and fits over my head nicely. Furthermore, this headset has a metal band and is solidly built, as opposed to being made of cheap plastic like a lot of headsets. It is the bright red/green LEDs that signal whether I am muted or not that I like the most. To mute/unmute, you press the buttons on the top that are large and easy to reach. They are made in a nice, hard plastic that isn't The headset is excellent and I highly recommend it!.

I had to buy a new cable from Amazon to replace the short in my Plantronics 478USB. At first, I was reluctant to buy this one, but it was priced fairly and had reasonable reviews. I tell you that if you are using this for telephone work at home or at a call center, it is fantastic. As expected from Plantronics, the audio quality is as good as my past models, and the headset is comfortable, sturdy, and everyone can hear me just as well as my old ones. I do have one small complaint regarding the cord. I wish it was shorter than my old headset, but it is only a few inches shorter.

Overall, the sound quality is excellent, and the price is great for what you get. The headset I was wearing was too heavy for me to wear, and I just didn't realize how difficult it would be for me to wear it. Before you make your purchase, please keep in mind that I don't believe the headset is adjustable.

It is period! Trying to figure things out in the control panel without any drivers. The Amazon van was outside when I was on a Teams call, so I opened the box and plugged it into the wall. It only took a few seconds for my group call to start. The easiest thing in the world to do. A tendency for the cord to twist does exist, but this is a matter of personal preference, not a design fault.

The 478 USB model I had in mind could not be located - so I picked this one up instead. There is a difference in comfort between these and the previous model. I get an ear irritated after just 15 minutes of wearing these headphones. The frame is narrower across the top so it does not sit comfortably on my head. Buying a Chinese cheapie for less than $10 is the same as buying an expensive one. It is just as comfortable for them as well.

I could not be more pleased These are very lightweight and comfortable to wear and do not cause irritation to my sensitive The glasses do not cause me any problems, even when I wear them for seven to eight hours a day. As well as being easy to muffle, they are also easy to turn off.
