I am extremely impressed with this wireless router, especially at such an affordable price
5/5

Five wireless routers have been connected to the same modem now. This is the second wifi6 enabled device. We have finally decided on a As far as brand names, I have gone through all of them, including one from Asia. Ours is by far the best! It is in the back of our pantry, there is a ton of metal work all around, and we are still getting I get a lot of the grass into our neighbors' yards, as we have a 7700-square-foot yard. The setup was completed in less than 5 minutes, including both the firmware update and setup. My experience with the user interface and update changes has been the fastest I have ever seen. The Power Plant- The Link is a winner (we tried a more expensive TP-Link We had a Links AC router that wasn't up to snuff). Hopefully I will be able to update this after some time has gone by. The experience was terrible, awful, awful
3/5

TP--what happened to it What's the link? I have had good experiences with their products I was so sorry to see this happen. I have a strong ISP connection speed, but my 4+ year old Netgear router won't download webpages even though I have a strong 4+ year old router. As you can see in this At the moment, the AX1500 is universally regarded as the top entry level AX wifi 6 router on the market. I have seen mostly positive reviews for this product. There has been a lot of talk about Tether's ability to greatly simplify setup, so I was eager to try it. I found it a very disappointing experience. This simplistic model is based on two simple equations My first impression of the setup manual for the AX1500 was so easy that I fell for it and foolishly felt I would be able to handle it easily. With the help of my phone, I scanned the QR code and downloaded the Tether app, which was going to change my life forever. After that. This app runs in the background and says the AX1500 is not supported. In what sense? While the Tether app claims to support the AX1500, it does not list it in its coverage area and failed to detect the router during a number of scans, despite the marketing. My app has been abandoned and I've reverted to the old way of performing tasks Websites that are old-fashioned It is a web-based method that displays the router's settings within There is so much confusion and muddled information in this article. Each and every method worked for me. I couldn't get anything to work. There have been several reboots of the modem and AX1500 router and the Windows 10 PC, and cables have been checked and rechecked and disconnected and reconnected and other cables have been tried but they did not work. A connection could not be made to the internet on this device. I was able to connect to the internet by connecting the PC directly to the modem via Ethernet cable. However, the AX1500 refused to work with us. T-P-S provided a customer service number for me that I called My router settings were not according to Link's own default settings, and they transferred me to another location after I called the wrong number (I did not). Despite the lack of progress, nothing got done. The following points should be taken into account When we were troubleshooting, the CSR told me my computer's network settings were set to PRIVATE, but Windows 10's settings indicate that's not the case, and that it's It's just the TP that I know What was supposed to be a painless experience turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life with computers. The AX1500 failed to do everything it was supposed to, and I wasted three and a half hours trying to get it to work. You and I (I, et al. It is not possible to work with POS. All of a sudden, when I connected the Old Netgear again, everything worked. The process literally slammed into a dead end at every step. In this case, the marketing is fraudulent. There is no explanation in the setup manual. We can't use the app that is supposed to There is a web-based system Setting up based on bogus settings was a waste of time. I received a phone call Although the wait at customer service was long (but the support was poor There was no excuse for the lack of time and I do not blame the CSRs for trying My mouth is on fire right now.

I am seething with rage. My opinion of TP has been sullied by this incident Visit the link. It was time to go back to Netgear to get.

Netgear products just don't compare to this
5/5

Despite using Netgear routers for the past five years, I still haven't upgraded. A constant problem in my 1800 sq ft house was the dead spots, low speed internet. The last thing I can say is that I used the Nighthawk AC2700 which is their best selling product. In other words, I had no problems in the first 700 square feet next to the router including the In addition to this, there were many disappointments. In spite of the range extender, I was losing almost 70% of the service speed which I had paid Routing is something I do not change very often, and the one I have set up for the last year is the one I use. The problem was that everyone was home during the day time and required bandwidth for their zoom and webex meetings, driving me crazy since they were not supposed to be at home during the day. Finally, I wrote to TP link and got their agreement to change their service. I can't believe how much difference has been made. It never occurred to me that the range extender could also be the issue. In contrast, with TP-Link, I get the ability to access 5G from the farthest corner of my house as well. It's great that you did that. It is highly recommended over Netgear and even more.

It is stable, doesn't disconnect, and setting it up is easy enough! Rather than throw money away renting a router from Verizon, I decided to buy one instead
5/5

Netgear initially sold me a $200 router that constantly disconnected - their Tech Support asked me to pay for a replacement unit to be shipped to me- Thank you, but no! Taking a look at Amazon, this item had good reviews and a fair price of $80. Setup was a snap after quick arrival and easy to do - The bottom of the product has a QR code that you can scan (my iPhone didn't make it work with the QR code) or you can type in the information yourself. It is easy to set up security preferences via the app. You can also choose whether to have devices automatically connect to A total of 4 of the 5GHz bands are used. I found the user interface to be quite intuitive. I cannot remember the last time we had a disconnected network (NetGear was disconnecting every day) and it maintains high speeds on our Fios 100/100.

Reviews that are honest and unbiased
4/5

I'd like to give you an honest review of this product. Take my words with a grain of salt. Pros 1 *br Pricing 2. Ensure that the signal and speed are reliable. The third part. The system is able to handle over 10 wireless devices and two NAS servers 4. There are some limitations to the TpLink mobile app, but it is This is 5. The cons of remote management are 1 *br Router is not the fastest one available*2. An application of settings can be finicky with the Web GUI. The third part. A limited number of firmware updates*4. There are several channels and settings that have to be changed in order to have consistent wifi signals. Finally, I would like to mention the following Whether your home is 1 story or 2 stories, if it is 2000 square feet or less you are eligible. I can use this router to do the job. There are more than 10 wireless devices and NAS servers that can be managed with ease. This device offers excellent performance for the price. It compares favorably with the old ZTE R6700, the Tp link C2600, the Tplink Ax3000, and the ZTE AX4.

I can say that it is an absolutely perfect router, as it does what it promises
5/5

The combination of this router and the TP Link Desktop WiFi 6 card is a total game changer, I get more than I pay for with Spectrum. I am only paying for 400 Mbps and I'm getting just a little over 400 Mbps with this setup.
