I could not or would not install it. As soon as I plugged it into a USB port, Windows 10 recognized it not as a Wi-Fi adapter, but instead as a storage device. I went to the manufacturer's website and downloaded their drivers, but the same thing happened. I have tried installing on another computer, but with no success. I emailed their tech support and haven't heard back since ten days ago. The sucker had to go back to the owner, I don't know why I picked it out of the litter.

In the beginning, I did not have high expectations. My 6 year old laptop's WiFi needs to be faster than it is already. I wanted an adapter that would enhance the speed.
