The USB ports on my Surface Go 2 are limited to one device, so I bought this product to use with it. I was unable to use the UOEOS USB-C adapter. My device is not working with C 5Port, even after checking to see if the SG2 USB drivers need to be updated (there are no updates required). In my quest to find a compatible device and reading reviews, I was very excited to receive this device. However, after hours of trying to get both the Surface GO 2 and UOEOS 5Port to work, I was unable to connect. As far as I am concerned I am not running Windows 10 in S Mode, and I have full functionality There is no solution to this, so I won't be returning this item since the cost of shipping it back is not worth it.
