This little lap desk is great. It is a very well made, strong, and adjustable item. There is no contact number for just contacting them and it is the worst customer service web site I've ever seen. I could not register to extend the warranty, I could not send an email using their system, and there was no phone number.

My measurements were probably misread because I did not read them well. We were not expecting this to be as tall as it is. It would have been convenient to use it for my laptop while lying on the couch, however it is way too tall to work that way. The price tag even for eating with it would be a bit high for me. The only thing I could use this device for would be to eat in bed, but I don't do that too often. There is no reason I did not give this product five stars. I only deducted one because it might just be personal There might be someone out there who likes extremely tall lap desks. With white legs and bamboo top, this set looks fantastic. The package I received was in perfect condition and well packaged.
