This was my first time ordering a battery, so I was nervous. There have been no reviews on Amazon for this battery because it is the CHEAPEST battery for a 2012 Macbook Air. This is why I'm going to give it a review. I purchased this MacBook Air for $250 on Facebook Marketplace. There was an ORIGINAL battery with the system. 420 charge cycles were all that the battery could handle before it failed. This meant that it was now time to replace the computer battery. All you need to replace the battery is included in the NinjaBatt. There were three parts in the kit a Battery, a P5 adjustable screwdriver, and a T5 Torx. If you are going to try this yourself, here are a couple of things I recommend. You can buy your own iFixIt Pro Tech Toolkit online, read the guide on iFixIt, and find a recycling center near you with Call2Recycel. My 12-inch Macbook Air (2012) seems to have a full line up of NinjaBatts, so I bought one. I received the item in the box shown in the picture and it was well packaged. I felt confident when opening this business thanks to my experience in branding and merchandising. I have been very pleased with battery performance. As far as my Macbook is concerned, there were no issues with There are no problems with reading the %'s. In the start up process, I followed the instructions that came with the kit for "cycling" the battery. I've had no problems with it. The tools provided were cheap, which almost led me to lower my rating by 1 star. The third screw on one of them chipped and broke as I took it out. It is still in great shape (the bigger one used for unscrewing the battery) - Despite the fact that I bought it primarily for the battery, it has worked flawlessly. Since I installed and hooked up the battery, I have been working for about 3 weeks. In the event that anything stops working, I will update the post.

I am pleased with my progress so far! My installation was surprisingly easy after watching a YouTube video, and I felt quite accomplished after having installed it because I was worried about the whole thing, but I tell you, it's not hard at all! The inside of the plastic box the battery arrived in was used to separate the sizes of screws taken out of the laptop so I could remember where they came from and where they went even though it was relatively straight forward to remember where they went. I have not had the battery for more than a day, but I expect it to be good. The battery is now not discharging so quickly and the device is working as designed. I will update if any problems occur though for the moment I am pleased to have my 2015 MacBook Air back up and running.
