It would be nice to make the front red zipper pocket a bit different, since it's really too small to store anything but very small things. There are no pens in it, but I'd like to put my phone or maybe something useful in it. Perhaps they could make it a little more classy, without increasing the price too much (because I don't want it to be too costly). Rubber is used for the tag that is attached to the front of the bag. I think it would look MUCH nicer and more professional if the badge were metal. The red accent line already added to it looks good, so they could add one more to further emphasize it (don't go crazy, just an additional line to make the accent stand out). I am tempted to buy a neoprene sleeve just to keep in the bag and open it up to add thicker cushion because the compartment is so large and the cushion is so thin.
