There is no way to unlock the front pocket

Almost everything is as expected, except for the pouch on the front that has a two-part zipper Unlocking the door requires a three-pronged key. You will not be able to open the pouch no matter how you turn the lock. As a result, a large segment of the bag is no longer usable.

As soon as I received the bag, the latch was damaged. I was able to replace it without any hassle. This bag appears to be well made, sturdy, and well put together. The case can accommodate a laptop and all of its contents. In my opinion, the price of this product is very reasonable.
