Due to OS X's inability to read this item, I found it did not work on my new MacBook (OSX).
No official documentation is available to confirm this drive is compatible with Windows 10 because it is a legacy drive. Our customers are reporting that the device works with Windows 7 and Windows 8 without any issues. I could only get it to work for A waste of money in one sense, but in the process I found that most of the discs I have held onto for the past 10 years or so are still good. Disks that are not readable or usable by Windows software are backed up discs. Thank you anyway for the Zip Drive, I threw it away as a relic of the past.
