I've never owned a Playstation or any other type of gaming console. Any game that is currently available on the market can be played on my laptop. br>When I looked up the PS4 Slim on the internet, it appeared to be about the same thickness as my notebook. br>Based on the images on Amazon, I believe it would work as an external HDD if the PS4 has such ports. I wouldn't expect it to work as an internal HDD device. I hope you find this information useful.
Hard drives do not have USB ports; instead, they have IDE or SATA ports; however, if the drive is mounted in an adapter, the adapter will have both a USB and a SATA port.

Finally, I needed a good HDD for UniFi Protect to work on my UDMP after installing a video surveillance system. So far, I haven't had any problems. I only have three cameras installed right now, but I intend to add more in the future.
On arrival, he was already dead. It won't spin up because it's stuck in NVR mode. It was placed in a desktop computer. There was no motor noise or spin up, which the bios couldn't detect. br>I've previously purchased 4TB and 6TB hard drives with no problems, but this is the first time I've purchased an 8TB hard drive. Amazon has replaced the first with a new one, which is now operational.
There isn't much to say about it because I've had it running for two months and it hasn't died on me yet, so I'm assuming it's good! lol.
Only about a quarter of a pound was allotted. 4 tb. I'm used to losing a small portion of what's advertised, but 600 gigs seems excessive.
In my Synology Nas, it works perfectly. A pair of 4K cameras are used to record the event.
However, as other reviews have stated, it is quite loud. In a flash, the system was up and running. I was pleased to discover that my GW5508 NVR already had the same Seagate Skyhawk 2TB Surveillance HDD. This gives me more than three weeks of HD video storage on the go. The only disadvantage is that it is a noisy drive. I've had it installed for a few days now, and it performs admirably in terms of read/write performance. However, it sounds a little rough.
These drives are ideal for people who want to expand the storage capacity of their NVRs. 10/10.
