As I have 180 GB of files, the 512 GB SSD would be a bit small for me. However, I also ordered the WD 2 TB external drive, which works great with this PC, and can store files on to that drive. You can order at Amazon for $65. It is likely that the SSD will serve most people well for years to come. I will start with the TLDR - this is a great computer for the right application - Case in point. This rig is appealing to consumers because it's functional, minimalistic, and stylish. Packaging has become more rectangular in recent years. It's not Lenovo - their design is unusual and This is a wedge-shaped design that is different, but highly effective. All components of the computer are packaged separately, with a pair of foam cushions encasing the unit, along with the keyboard, mouse, and power supply. If the stand could be removed or more flexible, I would give this a perfect five star rating. Despite its speed and quietness, it manages to do a lot. The computer is my favorite (out of countless desktops and laptops I have used over the years). I've been using it for about a month now.
