I bought it in April so that I could work from home, and I've been very happy with it. It ceased to function on July 1st. I returned it to Lenovo on my own dime (as the return instructions did not specify). I was told today (the end of July) that the part needed is out of stock after multiple phone calls, online chats, and emails. The turnaround time was supposed to be nine business days. Who knows when I'll be able to use my computer again. Customer service that is substandard.
Because the computer is not particularly heavy, it can be easily moved from one room to another. Because the touch screen is so responsive, it's best not to get too close when pointing at something on it for fear of accidentally clicking it. In addition, the screen quality is excellent. It's sharp and clear, so whether you're watching videos, movies, or playing games on it, the screen won't let you down. The camera is excellent as well. Even after hours of use, everything is crystal clear, with no stutter or lag. This machine's overall performance is excellent. It accomplishes its objectives and is of excellent quality. This was an excellent buy. There are no regrets on my part.
The touch screen is fantastic. If you need or want to upgrade to 8GB of RAM for heavier programs/games, you have another slot to do so. This is something I would strongly suggest to a friend.
This is an excellent entry-level machine. We needed one for the kitchen that could access the internet, recipes, and email, among other things. It's great, and it only took me 30 minutes to set it up.
I bought one for my home after seeing three in the office. It'll be a hit with you.
So far, this computer has exceeded my expectations! It was very simple to set up right out of the box, and it runs very quickly. It also doesn't appear to have a lot of bloatware installed. It's small and light, but it's of excellent quality.
If I ever need another All-in-One, I'll go with Lenovo. Only one computer was available.
My new computer is still a work in progress for me. There are numerous options available. I like how the screen can be adjusted and how it responds to touch.
