I'm not sure what Windows Hello is, but my camera is compatible with messenger, zoom, and other applications.

Is there any kind of blue-ray filtering or eye protection mode on this?

If you're concerned about blue light filtering, don't be. Windows includes it by default.br>If you're concerned about blue light filtering, don't be.

I like that it's ready in under 5 minutes right out of the box! So, I work in IT for a living, and because I work from home for a big data company, I have a lot of systems in my house
4/5

This desktop has taken over as my primary workstation and is now my primary vehicle. Here's what I like about it: it's a SMALL system with a SMALL price tag. I mean, you can feel how powerful it is, but it also feels as if it isn't there at all, which I adore. You can literally be up and running in under 5 minutes right out of the box. Connect it to the power source, connect the keyboard and mouse to the USB ports on the back, and turn it on to finish the setup. It took me less than 5 minutes, and I have a fast internet connection at home. As a result, there were no large file downloads or updates required; it simply worked. br>br>Now, in terms of bloat, it's windows, and it's from a big name company, so yes, it has bloat. Everything from McAfee to some games, but if you don't want to keep it, you can easily uninstall it in a matter of minutes. br>br>Now I went ahead and installed Splunk on it to run my home splunk server, and it's handling that, as well as all the data coming in, like a champ, with no excessive fan noise (in fact, none), no stuttering or hesitation of the mouse or screen refreshes, and it's collecting all the data from my other systems and loading it up perfectly. br>br>This is the ONLY real criticism I have: the BEZEL! Ok, it's super thin on the left, right, and top, but there's a massive black speaker grill on the bottom, which makes it look like there's a massive bezel on the bottom. With all of the technology available today to make great sound, I would have preferred to see a small speaker grill on the bottom. It doesn't look horrible, but it's just a gripe, and the system works great. br>br>The screen is very bright, and the sound is incredible. I also like the manual pop up/down camera, which means you don't have to worry about it broadcasting your every move to the world. I wish it had a few more USB ports, but that's a problem that can be solved with a USB hub or a keyboard with a built-in hub. br>br>At the end of the day, this thing flies; it's fantastic, and it reminds me of how slow my older systems were!.

Does exactly what it says it will
3/5

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I'm still looking into it and will update when I find out more. I was disappointed to see that the only comments came from people who appeared to be professional/paid reviewers(Vine Customer Reviewer of Free Product()).

Excellent value for money, as well as speed and quality
5/5

I'm upgrading from an 8-year-old dual-core Windows 7 machine, so the speed difference is significant. I just timed how long it took for the computer to start up. It took 11 seconds. I also measured the power brick's output at 19. With my Fluke 77, I measured 5 volts. Use a power strip because when you turn off the computer, the power brick remains on. The computer has a high-end appearance and feel to it. The mouse and keyboard have a pleasant light touch but are also light in weight; they are adequate for my needs. I was apprehensive about upgrading computers, but it has turned out to be a positive experience thus far. Your pictures and documents will be moved if you log in with your Microsoft account. With Google Chrome, I was able to import all of my bookmarks. For the vast majority of online users, It flies through the air like a line surfer. Forums and web pages load in a matter of seconds. This thing makes absolutely no noise; in order to hear the fan, you must place your head near the rear vents. It won't be a problem to tilt the entire screen back onto its pivot. The heaviest part is the base, which is very stable, and the resolution blows my old Samsung T220HD monitor out of the water. It has captured my heart. I would purchase this item again. br>br>The Soundbar is a device that allows you to listen to music through a speaker. br> There is a soundstage in the Soundbar beneath the screen. Most computer speakers are two-dimensional or stereo, which surprises me. The listener can hear the music in layers thanks to a soundstage. On YouTube, it sounds fantastic playing contemporary jazz. You can turn up the volume on the music without causing it to become distorted. There's some sort of deff signal processing going on here. I mean that in a positive light. B& My vote goes to O.

The Touch Screen is one of my favorite features
5/5

To begin, let me state that Amazon and Hewlett-Packard are two of the most powerful companies in the world. In exchange for a review, Packard gave me this computer. br>br>The computer arrived in excellent condition. There is enough protection to keep the computer in one place during shipping. Everything arrived in good working order, and the screen was wrapped in plastic to protect it during shipping. br>br>Setup was a breeze. Unpacking the computer and putting it on my desk took me ten minutes. As part of the package, there is a "quick setup guide. " It's a straightforward four-step procedure. Connect the computer's power supply to the wall outlet. Connect the wired mouse and keyboard (if you bought the wireless configuration like I did, you'll need to connect the wireless USB transmitter). Wait for the computer to boot up by pressing the side button on the left. br>br>The computer will guide you through the setup process. The first step involved entering the code for my system and connecting to my wireless network. After that, the computer was ready to communicate with the rest of the world. br>br>As part of the setup, you'll be asked if you'd like to try Microsoft Office software for free for 30 days (though they will ask for a credit card). After that, there is a monthly charge for the software (or you can pay for a one-year subscription), but keep in mind that your credit card will be charged automatically after the 30-day trial period. br>br>After that, you'll be asked if you'd like to set up One-Stop Shopping. Drive with a small amount of storage space available for free. If you feel comfortable doing so, this is a good way to keep your products in the cloud. After that, you're asked if you have a Dropbox account or if you'd like to create one. br>br>After that, everything is done with the help of a tutorial. br>br>There are three ways to use the computer:
1. Using the mousebr>2. Using the keyboardbr> Through Cortana (Microsoft's version of Seri or Alexa)br>3. I liked the touch screen because I could use it. br>br> It was extremely responsive, simple to operate, and never failed to respond to my touch. I enjoy using my tablet device and have always been frustrated when I return to a computer and try to touch the screen but nothing happens. This device, on the other hand, is fantastic. br>br>The screen is absolutely flawless; it measures nearly 24 inches (23. 8) in size, it has a touch screen, is sharp, and the colors are incredible. br>br>The computer is wonderful in that it follows the "Apple" computer design of having everything contained in one device, which makes it appear as if all you have on your desk is a screen. It comes with 12GB of RAM out of the box, which is plenty. It has a Solid State 512GB drive, which is more than enough for most people, especially if you use One-Click Backup. I don't consider myself a "Gamer," so I can't comment on whether the computer is suitable for that. br>br>I'm not a "Gamer," so I can't say whether the computer is suitable for that. br>br>I'm not a "Gamer," so I can't say whether the computer is suitable for that. However, based on the benchmark test described in the technical materials, it should be adequate for all but the most ardent gamers. br>br>The keyboard had a pleasant feel to it. The "Pop Up Camera" was the only thing that I didn't like. It's built into the top of the screen/computer and can be raised or pushed down to be stored when not in use. It seemed a little flimsy to me. I wished it was a little more robust. The plastic molding is satisfactory, but it could be thicker. Overall, this computer is exactly as advertised, and I am confident that it will be a great addition to our family.
