There is a problem with the software

I was thrilled to receive my new computer, and the setup was simple. There was a recurring problem with the computer I tried to reach Amazon support, but it was unresponsive. My tech was very good and passed me along to HP support. There was a problem with the Windows 10 software, which had to be fixed with a Windows 10 update. The only thing I can do is sit on the phone for 8 hours and talk to A few weeks ago, I called Amazon and explained the problem. I spent hours repairing software that should not have been installed on a computer that was sold with defective software. Where is my compensation? Purchase a computer from a local business where you can return it to them if you change your mind. At the moment the computer works fine. I have noticed, however, whenever a software update has to be made, it will freeze until it is manually shutdown Computers are not happy with this, but sometimes you just have to deal with it. I hope I will be able to use the computer for several years. It was a pleasure working with the HP technical staff. Despite the best efforts of Amazon technical support, nothing was done. My knowledge of the subject seems to have been expanded. It is my hope that this is helpful to you.
