This would have had an even higher rating if the quality of the camera had been better. Purchasing a new All-in-One computer was worth the upgrade and a bigger monitor I wanted and I hoped to free up some space on my desk. I sold my Dell computer, which was about four years old, and bought this new one. As far as this is concerned, it does not disappoint. In comparison to my Dell All in One, the screen is much larger and takes up a lot less space. As far as functionality goes, it is adequate for what I am looking Video conferencing with this camera is only problematic because of the poor quality of the picture. An image is taken with the computer's camera in the first picture. It was taken with my old Dell computer that I was able to capture the second clearer image. When quality is present, it is obvious. To no avail, I've adjusted the settings, but the cameras are simply not up to the task. This is a feature you'll want to look at in another model if it is important to you. Apart from that, this fits the bill for general computing. My casual gaming experience is quite enjoyable thanks to the graphics.

As far as the Acer is concerned, I'm very pleased. For years, I used HP Computers, which I was familiar with, but I just used the Acer brand. I returned HP's computer and purchased the Acer computer after receiving poor service from HP. I am very impressed with the clarity and sharpness of the screen. Although the keyboard and mouse are quite good, I have switched to a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse in order to get It would be a good purchase to make This computer has been no problem for me in terms of installation and running my apps. The daily use of Word and Excel is part of my job using Microsoft Office 365.

Well, it was only a matter of time before it happened. There was a problem with the Logitech keyboard I was using. Installing the keyboard that came with it proved to be a difficult task. There is no power on the keyboard and the mouse that came with the computer. My rating has been changed due to my disappointment. While I ordered a new keyboard, I'm stuck using a computer I can't get into to get my files back.

I love the desktop computer, but the wireless mouse and keyboard are cheap and do not work upon delivery. Even with new batteries out of the ones that came with it, I was only able to get a mild red light on the keyboard and absolutely no response My losses will have to be cut and I'll have to buy a usb mouse and keyboard. I do appreciate customer service, but it didn't go beyond the most obvious troubleshooting procedures. If I had to return the computer, I would have appreciated a partial discount since I wasn't planning to return the product. The computer is great and serves the purpose I'm looking for, but the cheap mouse and keyboard marred the whole thing.

I adore this computer and I'm so happy to own it! Since I've been working from home for the past 9 months, I've been surprised by how different my life is, however I'm not disappointed now that I have this new computer. It does not have a touch screen, but I do not mind so much! In addition to great camera quality, and fast performance and a beautiful display, this tablet is amazing as well. A perfect 10/10.

A video conference cannot be held with this device. After updating my operating system on my 6 year old computer, I was overjoyed to replace it with this all in one PC. There are many great features, a large screen, it's easy to use, and it's sleek and elegant. Despite being a SSD, this thing is extremely loud, some say it rivals the sound of my If you do video conferencing, the participants will hear the machine run. It is the webcam that is the worst. The internetcam couldn't compete with such an ancient device. It was washed out, grainy, and just horrible to look at. I don't recommend you bother with the speakers too, because they do not deserve such a If you have to work at home or participate in online video meetings, this unit is an absolute waste of time. Despite that, the price is shamelessly high.

This is a very well-built game This is not a cheap and flimsy item. I really like the way it's easy to set up, how fast it is, how beautiful the picture is. . . etc. According to the reviews, it includes a magnetic external webcam. I was curious about that. As you can see, the webcam is built into the top of the screen, which indicates it is a newer model. There might be some issues with this machine if you are a hard core gamer or if you do serious video editing. However, if you're looking for a PC that has an attractive design and performs well for everyday tasks, this would be an excellent choice.

Everything seems to be fine with this computer. This all in one notebook is great for saving desk space, but it has some small problems. Some are minor, but it has one that is not very minor. It is thought to be related to the video or graphic card. My technical skills aren't very strong, so I'm not totally certain, but I wanted to make sure others were YouTube is a site that I frequent all the time to watch movie trailers and reviews of products. With this computer, the videos do not When you try to watch video, the spinners keep spinning and you get a prompt that says there is an issue playing video. Restarting never fixes the issue. On Facebook, the same thing is happening. There is a problem playing videos. All that happens is that they I decided to do a little research online and found out that this could be caused by either an incorrectly installed video or graphic card or not having the correct driver installed or needing to be reformatted & re-installed I installed it. Are you sure? There is no way to do this for me (or in my case, I am not interested), nor do I wish to have to take a new computer in for repairs. There is no way around this. It looks as if it was refurbished and sold as brand Although I had my HP laptop for 10 years with only two issues, the DVD player and the battery, I can't remember how long it lasted. There is nothing like that thing anymore. Please note EDIT As a result of additional research into why my YouTube and other videos were not streaming, I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the Hardware Accelerator, and not the drivers for the graphics card. It's the first I've heard of this, but I turned off the hardware and all videos began to play again when I reconnected it.
